Monarch Terrace is a pet friendly community, however, there is a 25 lb weight restriction. Residents will have to pay a $500 pet deposit, as well as $50 monthly pet rent. Certain breed restricitons apply. Please contact the leasing office for more information.

Each unit will receive one covered carport parking space. Guest parking is available on a first come first serve basis.
